Ticket Policy
For Postponed/Rescheduled Show
All tickets sold or issued will be automatically transferred to the new date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credit vouchers for events that organizers have chosen to reschedule or postpone.
Cancelled
Tickets purchased with Credit Card will be automatically refunded. Tickets purchased with cash must be returned to Gateway Arts Council. If you prefer a credit voucher rather than a refund, we can issue one to you. Credit vouchers may be used toward the purchase of tickets to future Gateway Arts Council shows. The voucher may not be transferred and is only good toward the purchase of tickets for Gateway Arts Council shows. The voucher is good for 365 days from the date of issue.
